Can I switch between monthly and annual?
You can switch any time from your account settings. If you move from monthly to annual we'll credit the remaining days.
What happens if I cancel?
When you cancel, you'll keep Full Access until the end of your paid period. Starter progress and reviews continue on the free tier. Your Foundation-and-above and Library cards are preserved but paused, and resume where they left off if you resubscribe.
Is there a free trial?
The free tier is the trial. The entire Starter level (10 units of grammar, vocabulary, kanji, and reading) plus kana practice is yours permanently. Subscribe to Full Access when you're ready for Foundation and beyond.
